Is there parking?
Yes — free private parking inside the property, at no extra cost. A rental car is easy to keep here.
Is breakfast included?
No — we do not have a restaurant and we do not serve breakfast. Every casita has its own kitchenette, and there are bakeries and sodas a short ride away in Puerto Viejo.
Is the pool open all year?
Yes. It is outdoors, open year round, and lit at night. It is our guests' favourite thing about the place, according to our reviews.
How far is the beach?
Playa Negra is about a seven-minute walk. Puerto Viejo town is roughly ten minutes by bicycle, and the Jaguar Rescue Center is about 8 km south.
Can we bring our dog?
We are sorry — pets are not allowed, and the whole property is non-smoking.
Can you fit five of us in one casita?
Yes — the family casitas have two separate bedrooms plus a sofa bed and sleep five. Cribs and extra beds are not available, so a sixth person means a second casita.
Is there air conditioning?
The casitas have ceiling fans rather than air conditioning. Guests write about the fans in their reviews — under the trees, with the sea breeze, they do the job.
How do we pay?
Nothing is charged when you send a request through this site. We confirm your casita first, and you settle on arrival — cash is always accepted; ask us about SINPE Móvil or a transfer.
