House rules
Short, and there are no surprises hidden in them.
Arriving and leaving
Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00 and check-out is between 11:00 and 12:00. Please let us know in advance roughly what time you will arrive, so that somebody is here to let you in and show you your casita.
Children and beds
Children of all ages are welcome, and there is no minimum age for check-in. We do not have cribs or extra beds: the family casitas sleep five using their own beds and sofa bed, and beyond five you will need a second casita. Please include every guest, whatever their age, when you send your request — it is how we work out which casita fits you.
Paying
Nothing is charged when you send a request through this site. Once we confirm your casita, you settle with us — cash is always accepted, and you can ask us about SINPE Móvil or a bank transfer. Rates are quoted in US dollars per casita per night and exclude 13% IVA, which is shown separately in your quote.
Changing or cancelling
Because you pay on arrival, cancelling a direct booking costs you nothing — but please tell us as soon as you know, so we can give the casita to somebody else. If your plans move by a day or two, message us and we will do what we can.
Non-smoking
The whole property is non-smoking, inside the casitas and under the ranchos.
Pets
We are sorry — pets are not allowed. There is a great deal of wildlife living in this garden, and that is the reason.
The animals
Sloths, monkeys, iguanas and butterflies live here and were here first. Please do not feed them, and keep food inside your casita — the monkeys are quicker than you are.
The pool and the grills
The pool has no lifeguard, so children must have an adult with them. The ranchos and the two charcoal grills are shared by all nine casitas — use them, and leave them clean for whoever is cooking next.
